Terms of Use

In short

  • AfterClass is free. Use it to reflect on your learning, and be respectful.
  • What you write is yours. We only process it to run the features you use.
  • Only real teachers may create classes, and they must treat what students send them with care.
  • The service is provided as it is. Keep your own copy of anything important (you can download a PDF).

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using AfterClass (the Mini App of @reflection_kh_bot and this website), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use AfterClass. Because AfterClass runs inside Telegram, Telegram’s Terms of Service also apply to you.

2. The service

AfterClass lets students keep a private journal of reflections for each class, see their progress, export a journal as a PDF, and, if they choose, send a page or an anonymous question to a teacher. AfterClass is free. We may change, add or remove features, or stop the service, at any time.

3. Who can use it

You must be allowed to use Telegram under its terms. If you are under 18, use AfterClass with the permission of a parent, guardian or your school.

4. Your content

You own what you write in AfterClass. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you use, for example saving your journal in Telegram Cloud Storage or delivering a page you choose to send. We do not claim any other rights to your content.

You are responsible for what you write and send. When you send a page to a teacher, it includes your name; when you ask anonymously, it does not.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t use AfterClass to:

  • harass, threaten, insult or bully anyone, including through anonymous questions;
  • pretend to be a teacher or anyone else, or request teacher access when you are not a teacher;
  • send spam, advertising, or illegal or harmful content;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access data that isn’t yours.

6. Teachers

Teacher access is approved by the AfterClass admins and can be removed at any time. If you are a teacher, you agree to:

  • create classes only for courses you actually teach;
  • keep the pages students send you confidential, and use them only to support their learning;
  • never try to find out who sent an anonymous question, or share it in a way that could identify a student;
  • follow your school’s rules on student information.

7. Suspension

We may remove teacher access, close classes, or block anyone from using the bot if they break these Terms or misuse the service.

8. No warranty

AfterClass is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Your journal is stored by Telegram; keep your own copy of anything important, for example by downloading a PDF.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, AfterClass and its creators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell users in the bot about important changes. If you keep using AfterClass after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

12. Contact

Open @reflection_kh_bot and send /contact followed by your message.

These Terms are also available in Khmer. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.

  • AfterClass ឥតគិតថ្លៃ។ សូមប្រើវាដើម្បីឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការសិក្សារបស់អ្នក ហើយប្រកបដោយការគោរព។
  • អ្វីដែលអ្នកសរសេរ ជារបស់អ្នក។ យើងដំណើរការវាតែដើម្បីផ្តល់មុខងារដែលអ្នកប្រើប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
  • មានតែគ្រូពិតប្រាកដប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលអាចបង្កើតថ្នាក់ ហើយពួកគេត្រូវថែរក្សាអ្វីដែលសិស្សផ្ញើមកដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន។
  • សេវាកម្មត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូនតាមស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែង។ សូមរក្សាច្បាប់ចម្លងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននូវអ្វីដែលសំខាន់ (អ្នកអាចទាញយកជា PDF)។

១. ការយល់ព្រមលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ

តាមរយៈការប្រើ AfterClass (Mini App របស់ @reflection_kh_bot និងគេហទំព័រនេះ) អ្នកយល់ព្រមលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ និង គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាព របស់យើង។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនយល់ព្រម សូមកុំប្រើ AfterClass។ ដោយសារ AfterClass ដំណើរការក្នុង Telegram លក្ខខណ្ឌសេវាកម្មរបស់ Telegram ក៏អនុវត្តចំពោះអ្នកផងដែរ។

២. សេវាកម្ម

AfterClass អនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិស្សរក្សាសៀវភៅកត់ត្រាឯកជននៃការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងសម្រាប់ថ្នាក់នីមួយៗ មើលវឌ្ឍនភាព ទាញយកសៀវភៅជា PDF ហើយប្រសិនបើពួកគេចង់ ផ្ញើទំព័រ ឬសំណួរអនាមិកទៅគ្រូ។ AfterClass ឥតគិតថ្លៃ។ យើងអាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរ បន្ថែម ឬដកមុខងារចេញ ឬបញ្ឈប់សេវាកម្មនៅពេលណាក៏បាន។

៣. អ្នកដែលអាចប្រើបាន

អ្នកត្រូវមានសិទ្ធិប្រើ Telegram តាមលក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់វា។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានអាយុក្រោម ១៨ ឆ្នាំ សូមប្រើ AfterClass ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតពីឪពុកម្តាយ អាណាព្យាបាល ឬសាលារៀនរបស់អ្នក។

៤. ខ្លឹមសាររបស់អ្នក

អ្នកជាម្ចាស់នៃអ្វីដែលអ្នកសរសេរក្នុង AfterClass។ អ្នកអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យយើងរក្សាទុក ដំណើរការ និងបញ្ជូនវា តែតាមតម្រូវការដើម្បីផ្តល់មុខងារដែលអ្នកប្រើប៉ុណ្ណោះ ឧទាហរណ៍ ការរក្សាទុកសៀវភៅរបស់អ្នកក្នុង Telegram Cloud Storage ឬការបញ្ជូនទំព័រដែលអ្នកជ្រើសរើសផ្ញើ។ យើងមិនទាមទារសិទ្ធិផ្សេងទៀតលើខ្លឹមសាររបស់អ្នកទេ។

អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះអ្វីដែលអ្នកសរសេរ និងផ្ញើ។ នៅពេលអ្នកផ្ញើទំព័រទៅគ្រូ វាមានឈ្មោះរបស់អ្នក។ នៅពេលអ្នកសួរដោយអនាមិក វាមិនមានឈ្មោះរបស់អ្នកទេ។

៥. ការប្រើប្រាស់ដែលអាចទទួលយកបាន

សូមកុំប្រើ AfterClass ដើម្បី៖

  • យាយី គំរាមកំហែង ប្រមាថ ឬសម្លុតនរណាម្នាក់ រួមទាំងតាមរយៈសំណួរអនាមិក។
  • ក្លែងខ្លួនជាគ្រូ ឬជាអ្នកផ្សេង ឬស្នើសុំសិទ្ធិជាគ្រូ នៅពេលអ្នកមិនមែនជាគ្រូ។
  • ផ្ញើសាររំខាន ការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬខ្លឹមសារខុសច្បាប់ ឬបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់។
  • ព្យាយាមបំផ្លាញ ធ្វើឱ្យលើសចំណុះ ឬជៀសវាងសុវត្ថិភាពនៃសេវាកម្ម ឬចូលប្រើទិន្នន័យដែលមិនមែនជារបស់អ្នក។

៦. គ្រូ

សិទ្ធិជាគ្រូត្រូវបានអនុម័តដោយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង AfterClass ហើយអាចត្រូវដកចេញនៅពេលណាក៏បាន។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកជាគ្រូ អ្នកយល់ព្រម៖

  • បង្កើតថ្នាក់តែសម្រាប់មុខវិជ្ជាដែលអ្នកពិតជាបង្រៀនប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
  • រក្សាការសម្ងាត់នៃទំព័រដែលសិស្សផ្ញើមក ហើយប្រើវាតែដើម្បីគាំទ្រការសិក្សារបស់ពួកគេប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
  • មិនព្យាយាមស្វែងរកថាអ្នកណាផ្ញើសំណួរអនាមិក ឬចែករំលែកវាតាមរបៀបដែលអាចបង្ហាញអត្តសញ្ញាណសិស្សឡើយ។
  • អនុវត្តតាមច្បាប់របស់សាលារៀនអ្នក ទាក់ទងនឹងព័ត៌មានសិស្ស។

៧. ការផ្អាក

យើងអាចដកសិទ្ធិជាគ្រូ បិទថ្នាក់ ឬហាមឃាត់នរណាម្នាក់មិនឱ្យប្រើ bot ប្រសិនបើពួកគេបំពានលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ ឬប្រើសេវាកម្មខុសគោលបំណង។

៨. គ្មានការធានា

AfterClass ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូន „តាមស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែង“ និង „តាមលទ្ធភាព“ ដោយគ្មានការធានាណាមួយឡើយ។ យើងខិតខំឱ្យវាដំណើរការល្អ ប៉ុន្តែយើងមិនអាចសន្យាថាវានឹងអាចប្រើបានជានិច្ច គ្មានកំហុស ឬថាទិន្នន័យនឹងមិនបាត់បង់ឡើយ។ សៀវភៅរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកដោយ Telegram។ សូមរក្សាច្បាប់ចម្លងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននូវអ្វីដែលសំខាន់ ឧទាហរណ៍ដោយទាញយកជា PDF។

៩. ការកំណត់ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ

ក្នុងកម្រិតដែលច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាត AfterClass និងអ្នកបង្កើតរបស់វា មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខូចខាតដោយប្រយោល ឬជាលទ្ធផលបន្ត ឬការបាត់បង់ទិន្នន័យ ដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មរបស់អ្នកឡើយ។ គ្មានអ្វីនៅក្នុងលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ កំណត់សិទ្ធិណាមួយរបស់អ្នក ដែលច្បាប់មិនអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យកំណត់នោះទេ។

១០. ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ

យើងអាចធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។ យើងនឹងប្តូរកាលបរិច្ឆេទខាងលើ ហើយជូនដំណឹងដល់អ្នកប្រើក្នុង bot អំពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសំខាន់ៗ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកបន្តប្រើ AfterClass ក្រោយការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ មានន័យថាអ្នកទទួលយកលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព។

១១. ច្បាប់

លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះស្ថិតនៅក្រោមច្បាប់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

១២. ទំនាក់ទំនង

បើក @reflection_kh_bot ហើយផ្ញើ /contact បន្តដោយសាររបស់អ្នក។

លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះមានជាភាសាអង់គ្លេសផងដែរ។ ប្រសិនបើកំណែទាំងពីរខុសគ្នា កំណែភាសាអង់គ្លេសត្រូវបានអនុវត្ត។
